Quality?What's that?


Perception on Quality had been evolved from time to time.

Different Quality Gurus had come out with different terms.

Even layman like you and me had our very own terminology!

So, what would be the best definition for Quality?

No problems?

No disappointments?

No rejection?

Customer satisfaction?

Meeting specification?

According to ISO 9000:2005 (Quality Management Systems-Fundamentals and Vocabulary),

Quality:
"Degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfill requirements"

So, what' s Quality to you now?
