Perception on Quality had been evolved from time to time.

Different Quality Gurus had come out with different terms.

Even layman like you and me had our very own terminology!

So, what would be the best definition for Quality?

No problems?

No disappointments?

No rejection?

Customer satisfaction?

Meeting specification?

According to ISO 9000:2005 (Quality Management Systems-Fundamentals and Vocabulary),

Quality:
"Degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfill requirements"

So, what' s Quality to you now?

Plan or Fail?

No matter what the project is;
big or small
there must be a PLAN!

With planning, we can see a bigger & clearer picture of our challenges, strength or weaknessess. Many a time, we spend so much time on tasks that are less important and we lose focus on what matter most. Planning help us to structure our mind and ensure we achieve our objectives!

Simple version: If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!

Loving it...

I observed that to be a good trainer
= you must always be prepared
+ you reach early on the Day
+ you share your real life experience
+ you read a lot of good books (find time!)
+ you listen to others
+ you are sensitive to audience
+ you also need lots of enthusiasm and passion!

Description:
Highly optimistic and positive minded. However, whether the task promised could be really accomplished would always be a question mark.

Example:

Description:
A typical God of Denial and very high tendency to procrastinate.
Employment of the stick method to influence them to move forward is a must.
Carrot method? Can...everythings is possible
But the success recipe will be =
super patience + super nannying + super tolerance

Mr. You Okay?
Example:
You Okay?Sure?You okay?
Description:
Cautious but caring.Takes calculated risk and tends to look things at bigger picture as well as involving the team in decision making. Good listener and tactful.
However, might be seen as slow in making decision.

Mr. Okay Ma
Example:
No. It was okay ma. She speaking to me again already.
Avoiding no more ma!
Description:
Aggressive & very positive minded. Likes to take risk regardless of the end result. Hard to convience them face the facts.

Thus, often ended up like kamikaze wannabe without hitting any target!

Hah? Sure wanna go to MacDonald's again?Hah?
Why not go to mamak store?
Description:
Stubborn but high determined person. Visionary & strong opinioned but highly reliable in getting things done.

Mr. Sure Sure
Example:
Sure..........Sure..........Sure..........Sure...............
(esp every time question being asked or responding when people talking)
Description:
Super duper confident. The high repeatability rate of the same word would trigger the question on whether is he really listening to what was being communicated accordingly.
